Burger King in Muecke

Great service amazed

If we eat at their place every few months, then I order for the whole family. That’s always around 8-10 burgers. EVERY order so far wrong! You always have to unpack and check everything immediately after receiving the packed bags. An order has NEVER worked without a wrong burger or a completely missing one. I will no longer order there and prefer to drive a few kilometers further where it is done correctly!

Mega slow and super unfriendly the shop

Is the first Burger King where you are properly understood! So far everything has always been great and nothing has been forgotten or anything. The staff was always nice. Keep it up!!!

everyone has to rate the food themselves. Tastes good or not. We like to go to the BK from time to time. However, this branch takes forever to operate. If 5 people stand in front of you, you have to count on 10 minutes. I don't know why that is, but they just can't do it. If you order something ToGo in this branch, you have to check it immediately. There is always (yes always) something wrong or missing. I don't like going there. The cleanliness on the tables is very bad. The rags that are used there also look as if the floor was previously wiped with them.

If possible, please go eat somewhere else. Very slow service. Then eat half cold. and forgot part of the order. 😒

Freshly produced and very friendly, despite Corona. The tables could have been a little cleaner.

Sorry, but at lunchtime in a "fast food restaurant, in a truck stop, on a freeway for 25 minutes to have to wait for take-away food is not exactly great. In addition, a large poster advertises knowledge of German, but the lady." at the cash register speaks an Eastern European language. I won't stop here next week! And there aren't even any order terminals.

This burger ring is always good and has been there many times. Quality and cleanliness is good.

The very last. Totally understaffed and the drive is served first. At least the vouchers accept. But waiting forever in an empty shop is totally cheeky !!!

I have never seen a piece of plastic in my wooper. The woman who was responsible for me would rather have a lot of fun with the guests than take care of my food, which was already ready. Well .. yes ..

Unfortunately, very slow and inattentive staff who lose track of three customers. German language not very pronounced either. In addition, a totally brazen customer who pushes ahead. The staff didn't react ... then left after waiting 10 minutes without eating or drinking

Old fries, old burger... Any other BK is better! Even during covid times the tables were dirty (we clean the tables because of the kids, I never had that much brown dirt on the wet wipes!)

The BurgerKing has unfortunately already closed 10 minutes before and no longer accepted our order. We were really hungry and then had to drive on. Please adjust the opening times or simply accept orders!

Everything was great. Food was warm, it went quickly and the staff were nice. Very straightforward and simple, as it should be.

Somehow you always say you don't go anymore .. but really not anymore .. Ordered in the drive-in .. Long waited .. Then 2 things were missing ... I drove the next round to be told if I was sure that it really was missing .. I think so .. at least I paid for it .. but good will not happen to me anymore

standard Burger King

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at Burger King. The longest wait times, the coldest hot food, soft serve forever unavailable, the most disappointing service for a fast food chain ever. If you want to waste your precious life waiting for bad service, by all means visit this establishment.

Long queue, soda on benches, floor and chairs for so long it had time to dry. Only 2 people working at the registers, que out the door. People left the restaurant, I guess we should have done the same thing. Burgers were cold.

The Staff was unfriendly and the tables were dirty, the children playground is horrible.

As we know Burger King has one of tge best offerings for different burger menu. I woukd have preferred if the attendants spoke English

It usually takes too long because there are not enough cash registers! Cleanliness could be better now and then, otherwise Burger King! If there is no business, it's okay! The fries are second to none though! ! !

Cheap offer box inside 2 cheese burger, french fries, chicken nuggets and coce only 4,90€. Roomy and clean place, good toilets. Tesla SC front of the bilding and very near autobahn.
